SR. ARCHITECT: Award winning Manhattan firm seeks Project Architect (10+ years experience) and Architect (3-5 years experience) to work on exciting projects in the NYC area in a team environment that values innovation, sustainability, and collaboration.
Candidates must possess strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and lead a team of people. In addition, the candidate should have excellent design and project delivery experience, including construction documentation and administration. All candidates must possess excellent conceptual skills and experience using AutoCAD ADT 2007. Experience with sustainable design and multi-family housing a plus. US Architectural registration / license and LEED® AP preferred. US experience a must.
C+GA is a 14 person firm with a mix of multi-family residential (market rate and affordable), cultural, planning, institutional and educational projects.
